A dry, medium bodied, delicate wine which is definitely growing in popularity. And for good reason! Unoaked, smooth and full flavoured, this California Sauvignon Blanc has subtle grassy, herbal aromas and a hint of lemon on the finish. The perfect cheese wine!

This Californian wine comes to us from Mosti Mondiale, a Quebec-based importer of premium international grape juices, since 1989. If you have made wine at a Vintner's Cellar store prior to their closing, you will find this Gold Medal Series to be identical to the Gold Medallion wines you were making. Mosti Mondiale makes both lines!
