A light, fresh wine with a flowery bouquet. A dry, pale white wine with the fruity flavours of citrus, pears and green grapes. While this wine is listed as a dry wine, many of our customers ask us to sweeten it for them! Adding 5-10g of sugar per litre brings the fruit and honey notes to the forefront while not overpowering the crisp finish. Just ask!

This Californian wine comes to us from Mosti Mondiale, a Quebec-based importer of premium international grape juices, since 1989. If you have made wine at a Vintner's Cellar store prior to their closing, you will find this Gold Medal Series to be identical to the Gold Medallion wines you were making. Mosti Mondiale makes both lines!
