A brilliant garnet-red colour with a bouquet violets, berries and herbs. Smooth in the mouth but with a touch of acidity. Soft tannins, a hint of oak and a nice, smooth finish.

This Italian wine comes to us from Mosti Mondiale, a Quebec-based importer of premium international grape juices, since 1989. If you have made wine at a Vintner's Cellar store prior to their closing, you will find this Gold Medal Series to be identical to the Gold Medallion wines you were making. Mosti Mondiale makes both lines!
