This is a light-to-medium bodied, dry red wine with a bright cherry flavour and a hint of oak and spice. Smooth and so versatile, it's a great match for grilled salmon or roasted vegetable dishes.

This Californian wine comes to us from Mosti Mondiale, a Quebec-based importer of premium international grape juices, since 1989. If you have made wine at a Vintner's Cellar store prior to their closing, you will find this Gold Medal Series to be identical to the Gold Medallion wines you were making. Mosti Mondiale makes both lines!
