Baco Noir is often harvested later in the fall due to its late-ripening nature, making it suitable for the end of the harvest season.
Pinot Noir, while delicate and light when harvested earlier in the fall, when it is harvested a bit later, the tannins and body are deeper.

This blend marries the two grapes in a fantastic way. The bright berry notes of Pinot Noir that has been harvested later in the fall adds depth and vigrance to the Baco Noir grapes.

This wine can be made completely dry (0 g/L sugar) or as is, at 5g/L. Just ask in the comments section of your order!
