We blend Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc to create a crisp white wine that is sure to be a favourite! Pale straw in colour, it exhibits lovely notes of apple, pear, citrus and herbs with a gentle crispness coming through on the palate. Medium-bodied and dry with a soft but refreshing acidity.
