DID YOU KNOW?

We are asked often about the sugar content of wines crafted here.  People are usually thrilled to hear that our wines are ALL DRY! 

With a few exceptions, our wines are drier than most LCBO wines!  We carefully monitor the fermentation of each batch, ensuring that the yeast has fully fermented all available sugars from the grapes. 

The end sugar content is less than 5g/L in all of our wines, with the exception of our fruit wines, ports or custom recipes. 

For those who prefer an off-dry wine, fear not!  We will adjust your wine, after fermentation, to whatever sugar content you prefer or to taste.  Ask us next time you are in or give us a call :)
